"Very nice and cosy villa in a central location in Ksamil. Most of the beaches are only a 5 minute walk. Room was very clean and the owner was extremely helpful about any requests we had. It's got private parking which is a big plus as it can be quite difficult to find parking in Ksamil."

"The Appartment and the host is absolutely awesome. The place is literaly 100m from the sea and has private parking. In the nearby building a very good restaurant located. On top of that the host Emi is one of the best host I ever met. He is so open and friendly I totally recommend this villa at Ksamil."

He is one of the kindest, most generous, and caring hosts we have ever met. The house was perfectly clean, cozy, and well-equipped - everything we needed was there. There's also convenient private parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. Emi was incredibly attentive not only to us but especially to our children - always kind, thoughtful, and making sure they felt happy and safe. "Emi is the owner of this new property. He's a fantastic person and, from the moment we arrived, welcomed us with tons of tips for exploring the town. The room was new, very clean, and everything was very functional. It is also in a strategic location just steps away from everything There's also private parking on the property, which is essential in Ksamil. I highly recommend Emi’s Villa and hope to return. "Emi was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond as a host. He gave us great advice, easy to contact, very friendly and even parked the car for me!! He was there to say good morning and check how our day was. The room is perfectly located, really clean and had everything we needed for a stay. Highly highly recommend."

"We had an amazing stay! The hosts Kristina and Kozma and their cute little dog were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. They even shared the tastiest fresh tomatoes from their garden. The balcony had a gorgeous view over the sea, and they were kind enough to give us a ride back to Vlora. Honestly, such lovely people – highly recommend!"
