"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"It's located in a very nice place. 5-10 minutes from the beach, close to supermarket and restaurant. The hotel has very nice territory. The room is cosy and quite comfortable. It was very quiet, because we were at the end of the season and there were almost no people there. Very nice terrace. But you need to have something against mosquitoes (we bought in supermarket candles with citrone, which cost nothing and work very well)."

I was reading negative reviews about showers, but when I got there for the first time, I had almost claustrophobia, but to be honest, I also had worse. The water is hot and with strong flowing, so it's not so bad. I don't understand why we got so a lot of keys, special that half of them you don't use. Also, the kitchen has a very basic thing, but it was no sponge for washing dishes, only one knife, no grinder for cheese, and no vine glasses. Ventilation in the kitchen doesn't work. In the room was cold, while outside was warm, which would be nice in summer, but we were in October. So i was always cold inside in the evening and night. But you can't keep everything open, otherwise you will have a lot of mosquitoes. Also, the bed for me was not so comfortable. When my husband was moving, I almost had seasickness. The hotel has they own "parking", but to get there you need to go through some dump, you should to be very careful there, and sign for this place very small so easy to miss it, when just arrived.

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

A bit outside of the city and I loved it! Walking distance to the kite beach or shell cemetery. Enjoyed to be surrounded by so many flowers on the territory. Definitely good value for the money. The kids bed wasn’t really comfortable and was somehow uneven.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue maravillosa. Está ubicado justo frente a la playa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de amaneceres y atardeceres espectaculares sin tener que moverme demasiado. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. Recomiendo totalmente este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo."

"Apartman predstavlja jednu sobu i wc s kupaonicom unutar obiteljske kuće. Položaj apartmana je odličan nalazi se u blizini centra grada i glavnih atrakcija, a preko puta ceste je vrlo dobar restoran."

Sanitarni čvor je uredan ali čudnovat jer nema klasične tuš kabine nego se tuširate na podu te pri tome poprskate wc i sve oko sebe.

Ništa posebno, samo bih dodao u stanu više prigušenih, slabijih svjetala, lampi i veće ogledalo u kupatilu.

"We were warmly welcomed by the owner of the property - we felt right at home. He was very keen to host and you could really tell this in the way he interacted with us. Communication prior to our arrival was also very informative and friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and small touches around the room were cozy and well thought out. The surroundings are peaceful and our night stay was exactly what we needed after a big hike that day. Great for relaxation."

The hot water doesn’t last for very long but the water pressure is super good!

"Apartman je bio uredan i čist, sadrzavao je sve sto treba (čak i perilicu suđa), krevet je udoban, a praktično je što su u većem apartman (za 5 osoba) bile 2 kupaonice. Domaćini su jako ljubazni, uvijek dostupni i spremni pomoći što god treba."

Udaljenost od centra Cavtata je malo veća, pogotovo je nezgodan povratak nazad, jer je velika uzbrdica. Taj nedostatak nadoknađuje bazen koji je dostupan u sklopu smještaja.

"Objekat je nov i jako uredan uz glavni put prema skijalištu cc 10-15 minuta vožnje automobilom, Gazda Nešo dostupan , smještaj odličan.Nemamo nikakvee zamjerke, izgubili smo i karticu od sobe, gazda nam nije naplatio, svaka čast. Besplatan parking, očišćen, imali smo idealne vremenske uvjete. Objekat ima svoj kafić i restoran, SPA centar, mali bazen , teretanu i sve jako uredno, ručnici i ogrtaći su nas čekali u sobi. Stvarno preliijepo .O objektu gazdi i osoblju samo riječi hvale"

Objekat je super. Ovo nema veze s objektom koji je super i ispunio naša očekivanja-vrijednost za novac, nego definitivno sa onim ostalim što nas je čekalo.a to je prije svega pre velikom apartmanizacijojom samog Kopaonik skijalista. Bili smo prije 5-6 godina i sad. Skijaliste je postalo preopterceno i njegov kapacitet zaostaje sa praćenjem apartmansko hotelske novoizgrađene infrastrukture koja je uzela po meni pre velikog maha. Gužve na samom skijalištu,čekanja na žici, te parking koji se naplaćuje.5-6 eura...taxi 11- 15 eura do skijalista ....a tako i nazad....cijene vanpansonski evropske tj. preskupe, super da ljudi to mogu plaćati

"We went to Prague for the Christmas markets and the location of this apartment was exceptional, just a few minutes walk from the old town square. Also very close to supermarket and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities and cleanliness were excellent. We stayed in an apartment on the first floor looking onto a courtyard at the back."

We stayed for 3 nights and the first 2 nights were fine but on the 3rd night the noise from music, from a nearby bar, was so loud and didn’t stop till exactly 2am - even with ear plugs there was no possibility of sleep. Other little things-The TV was small and some lamps in the sitting area would be nice.
