Argyle Street and Sauchiehall Street, both just minutes away, with their many choices for food and drinks, are great for both lunch and dinner. The flat was in a quiet neighbourhood, and we enjoyed our stay so much."

"Hotel i recepcija su na 13. katu jedne zgrade i teško bi ih pronašli da nas nisu dočekali na aerodromu. Soba je velika i udobna. Doručak djelomično oni pripremaju tako da uvijek ima i nešto domaće. Kava, čaj, voće i keksi su dostupni cijeli dan. Dečki na recepciji su susretljivi i ljubazni."

Kupaonica nije bila povezana sa sobom nego se nalazila nasuprot, na drugoj strani hodnika. Veoma je mala i nema niti jednu policu na koju možete odložiti pribor za higijenu i kozmetiku.

"We are a family of 6 and we spent 20 days in this 3 bedroom spacious and comfortable house with excellent facilities and everything worked well starting from the air conditioning in all of the rooms, the standby generator, kitchen appliances ie: boiler, washing machine, fridge, kettle, microwave, cooker etc, big smart TV with Netflix amazon prime in the living room. Located in the city centre and close to the shops and restaurants with easy street parking. The house also have a well maintained private front garden where residents can relax.. The house has been recently refurbished."

Frequent power cuts in the city but with a standby generator on site we always have electricity in J Nova residential.

Great location in the centre of Plateau but note that the neighbourhood is deserted after sunset and on weekends. Still, I felt safe because of the security guards around important buildings."

Only one functioning elevator. Location and elevator can be difficult to find. Check-in instructions could be more descriptive. There are no signs for the apartment suites on the ground floor. The elevator is on the right passage as you walk inside the building. The reception is on the 14th floor.

"The room was spacious. Since i was there for 10 nights, the availability of free laundry was super practical. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant in the hotel had the nicest fish and chips."

"Great view from the terrace, comfortable queen size bed, quiet area. The kitchen is small but has all equipment. The shower pressure is low bit low. Owners are responding on the spot and live just the house above! Any problem, they respond rapidly."

"The place was clean, at a nice location, walk to the beach. The staff was also amazing especially Salum the caretaker who was quick to respond. The owner is also amazing. They also offered recommendations on what's good close by."

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

"If you want to spend time relaxing and quiet, it is the right place! A house in the village with wonderful people who welcomed us and were ready to help us with everything! If I were to return to Albania, I would definitely return here!"

"Breakfast quite good . But one day the coffee machine spoil and cannot do the coffee. If possible need to have one spare coffee machine in case one not working then can use the spare one."

Install one coffee machine in the room like Nespresso machine so we can enjoy coffee in the room

"Large very well appointed apartment in Block Altmore A. Bedroom looking, which was lovely looking out onto Table Mountain and living room to the canal and city. Felt very secure and a short walk to the Waterfront and V&A. Everything you needed in the kitchen and both washing machines and tumble dryer which we didn’t use but good to have. Good balcony to the front with table and chairs, balcony off the bedroom balcony overlooking Road and mountain. Daily cleaning (our gin disappeared 🤣). Very strongly advised that any noise after 10.00 would result in a fine. We are in our mid 60’s and don’t want to party but do like to listen to music which we felt we shouldn’t. Loud continual drilling started before 9.00am which I know won’t go on forever but you certainly don’t need an alarm and took away from the otherwise peaceful atmosphere. Also this apartment had a very safe secure parking space included which we needed. Great place to stay"
