"I stayed at this hotel on August 18–19 and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. Before coming, I saw some negative comments and expected something average, but my experience turned out much better than expected. The staff were kind, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly during my stay. I think some of the bad reviews don’t reflect the real picture. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it."

"Ich habe im Hotel übernachtet und war sehr zufrieden. Mein Zimmer befand sich im 4. Stock mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Flame Towers. Alles war sauber und angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sofort alle kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten behoben. 10/10."

Staff very helpful, Sofia amazing and would go above and beyond, Umud the guy on reception also amazing, the bolt taxi could not accept 50 manat as he didn’t have change so Umud paid for us until we had change. "The location was perfect and the price we paid was very good value for money Sarah the lady on reception was very attentive. She was pleasant and helpful to all of our travellers. She went over and beyond what we expected, helping us book taxis and guiding us on where points of interest were locally. She greeted us by name and was interested in what our plans were for the trip. She told us the hotel was near the university and that surrounding area was mainly students. A KFC is across the road and there is a 24 hour supermarket approximately 300 yards away."

Supruga je koristila i usluge masaže. Više je nego zadovoljna masažama koje je maserka odradila. Redovno ide na masaže i tvrdi da su ovo bile vjerovatno najbolje masaže koje je do sada iskusila. Gosopođe koja radi masaže je vrhunski profesionalac. Hotel je bio čist i obzirom na novac koji smo platili i ispunio je sva naša očekivanja."
