"Rose and the rest of the staff - they couldn’t do more to help and to make our stay the best! The place is in lovely old-style buildings with beautifully furnished rooms in a peaceful location. We loved the short cycle on complementary bikes to West Bay for the sunsets."

"It is very cozy and amazing place. I like not very big hotels with warm attitude from all of stuff. And this hotel is admirable according my choice. Not very big, near old center of the city, quite cheap, very clean and with gorgeous owners. The breakfast is separate song in this story)) It was huge, very tasty and very Georgian. Not much space in the room to move around, the on suite bathroom was a bit uncomfortable (really just a lil plastic box in the room, kinda see thru and if you wanna take a shower, everything gets wet and the room gets humid) so we opted for the shared bathroom in the hallway. The fan in the shared kitchen didn't work and there aren't many plates/bowls etc.

"Good location near the main street with bus stop and supermarkets and restaurants. Room is clean and bathroom is newly renovated. Although the room is next to a main street there was no traffic noise. Great with parking included and breakfast included. Good with some cookies and dried wasa bread and coffee is available all day."

The wardrobe in the room was broken, the door cannot be opened. A towel for the floor in the bathroom was missing. The breakfast is a simple business breakfast and not a holiday breakfast buffet. Stairs to come to your room. So if you have luggage it is a bit trouble.

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"

I had a shared bathroom but it seems like everyone was using it, not just the guests who were designated that bathroom. The walls are really thin and you can hear everything that people do in their rooms...

"1) Perfect location for those who want to explore the island, stay away from the tourist hot spot and experience “real” Aruba. 2) The house is very atmospheric and cozy, with lots of wooden furniture, an old wooden staircase that creaks charmingly, and a balcony from where you can observe iguanas on a large ficus tree just a few meters away. 3) Ingrid is an amazing host and a lovely person. She gave us great travel advice and was there when needed, without being intrusive. 4) Breakfast was just amazing!"

No hot water didn’t come as a surprise since we had read the reviews. Even though it’s common in Aruba, it’s worth mentioning.

Une erreur des clé du portail principal alors fallait à chaque entrée devoir frapper pendant de longues minutes le gardien de nuit sachant cela m'a laissé sortir je lui ai dit je revenais tard a mon arrivée je suis resté 45 minutes dehors à frappé grâce au groupe d'échange avec le client j'ai écris la gérante très déranger du soucis ma rassuré qu'elle fait tout son possible pour joindre le gardien celui ci arrivée 30 minutes plutard même pas s'excuser Et aussi avoir plus de chaîne à la télé j'ai été obligé de regarder France 24 durant tout mon séjour

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Superb experience at Camping Mittagsspitze. Lovely little bungalow perfect for our needs with good, clean facilities. Pool was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed by my 8 year old. Location is fantastic by the mountains; really amazing views. Would stay again. Thanks!"

"The location was out of this world. Having various room types: stone houses, bungalows or tents. Clean & calm if you are searching for some relaxation in the middle of the nature. The food is amazingly good in a very well decorated restaurant and the views of the mountains and valleys are wonderful."

"Location was amazing, the food you can have at the izakaya was amazing. They could speak english and one of the person working there translated the whole menu for us. They have a great system in place for the shared showers so don’t be worried about that. Hateruma is a gorgeous place to explore, highly recommend! Also booking system was super easy."

"The traditional Cypriot style and the charming little decorations perfectly matched my taste. The small balcony outside the room was so cute and cozy. The homemade meal had a unique flavor I had never experienced before and made me feel healthy. The hosts were very kind and happily explained the village bus schedule and how to get to our destinations. They gave my sister and me an unforgettable memory.
