"The location is amazing ! The gardens are beautiful and full of flowers and birds. We loved hanging out by the pool, with a lovely view down to the ocean and also spending time on the porch of our casita. The porch doubled the size of the living space and we enjoyed being out there especially in the mornings and the evening. This is a beautiful property that is very tranquil and relaxing. Jessica took great cafe of us and was a wonderful host. Highly recommend."

We loved sleeping with the ceiling fan at night. Cross ventilation would be really helpful and a fan in the kitchen. It could get really hot in the kitchen area. Otherwise, we loved this property and it was nice to get up into the hills and away from the beach at night. Truly and unique and special property.

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

Thin walls. There were noises from other people in the corridor/bathrooms/doors. The room could use a little decoration for cozier feeling.

Everything was just fine

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

Owner is very communicative, helpful, open-minded person. I can highly recommend the breakfast. If you don't like all inclusive monsters and want to place that has 'soul' it is for you. There was a group that arrived without booking and there was not enough food, so the host had to go shopping and the dinner was late. There was enough food for everyone but not much variety for warm dishes, comparing with other guesthouses on the trail. The guesthouse is located off the main trail and the trail is a bit tricky.
