As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

"Clean, spacious, quiet and best value for the money I've been able to find around these parts. The stores are close, parking is easy and available. Nothing to complain about!"

It was a bit cold in the room even with the radiators turned all the way up, luckily there were two blankets so I still got a great night sleep!

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

"I have visited many hotels and villas and I must say this was the most cleanest place I have ever been! The hoast was very warm and welcoming, the room was very clean and warm. I will deffinitely say that it is well located and very close to the sea."

Thin walls. There were noises from other people in the corridor/bathrooms/doors. The room could use a little decoration for cozier feeling.

"Najljepši kamp u kojem sam ikada bila. Domaćini izuzetno ljubazni i susretljivi. Sve je vrlo čisto i uredno sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Okružen je veličanstvenom prirodom i odlično je polazište za planinarenje sa nekoliko staza u neposrednoj blizini."

"The location was perfect for what we were looking for, half way between diamond beach and Reykjavík. We arrived quite late and it was easy to check in and parked right outside. We also got to the see the northern lights that night!"

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The room was basic and nothing fancy but met our needs and was clean and that’s all we expected and were looking for.

"Preljubazno osoblje, objekat je izuzetno čist. Sobarice svaki dan, osim nedjeljom čiste sobe i mjenjaju peškire. Prvo što sam primjetio kada sam ušao je intenzivno lijep miris. Prodavnica je odmah ispred smještaja a auto uska stanica 200 metara. Sve pohvale za ovaj objekat, nemam ništa loše reći."

"Amazing place! Spotless room with a balcony and a truly breathtaking view. Delicious breakfasts every day. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, always happy to assist and organize activities. "Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.
