"Odlična lokacija, metro stanica serdika ako dolazite s aerodroma. Sobe ok, super doručak u divnom kaficu odmah vrata pokraj."

"Najveća prednost hotela je lokacija. Udaljen je desetak minuta hoda do središta grada i brzo se može doći do većine znamenitosti koji se nalaze u centru grada. Blizu hotela je stanica metroa s kojim se brzo može doći do udaljenijih dijelova grada te željeznički i autobusni kolodvor. Soba u kojoj smo bili je bila velika i uredna te je odgovarala opisu jedinice pri rezervaciji smještaja. Kako smo u hotelu boravili tijekom vrlo vrućeg tjedna u srpnju puno nam je značila klima koja je dobro radila cijelo vrijeme našeg boravka. Tijekom noći okolica hotela odaje dojam nesigurnosti zbog ljudi koji se u blizini okupljaju, iako mi nismo imali nikakvih problema."
"Doručak se poslužuje u kafiću-bistrou koji se nalazi uz sam hotel, Izbor jela, koja su u redu, nije prevelik, a zamjerka ide zaposlenicima kafića koji bi mogli biti malo ljubazniji prema posjetiteljima. Mali problem predstavljao je i lift koji baš i nije bio pouzdan, ali kako je na dan našeg odlaska počeo popravak lifta nadam se da to u budućnosti neće predstavljati problem."

"The location is exceptional. Walkable distance to the main monuments, streets and attractions in the centre. There is also a metro station right in front of the hotel. The room we stayed had an amazing view towards the Lions Bridge. It was quite and clean. The restaurant where you do your breakfast is actually a city restaurant which has a menu for the hotel customers. Plenty of delicious choices, hot or cold, stylishly done. Both hotel and restaurant stuff were helpful and friendly. Thank you guys."
