"This hotel FAR exceeded my expectations. The staff are SO helpful, friendly and professional. Their staff are outstanding. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and I found the food to be exceptional. We stayed for two weeks. A special mention to Richard who runs the restaurant - this guy is VERY good at his job, showing attention to detail with an exemplary customer service approach. My son also had a minor illness and the hotel doctor was brilliant. I travel a lot with my son, and usually we're ready to leave at the end of the trip, but in this instance we could have stayed another month! I can highly recommend this hotel."

"I had a wonderful two-night stay at Dolce Vita Resort Hotel in early March. The hospitality here was truly outstanding. A special thank you to Aliou at reception, who was incredibly professional, friendly and helpful. His English is excellent and he really goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The hotel itself is great: an amazingly soft mattress, fast Starlink WiFi throughout the property, and a beautiful bathroom with a strong hot shower and great water pressure. Breakfast was also very nice with a fresh omelette and fantastic Burundian coffee. The swimming pool is another great bonus. The team even allowed me a very late check-out and kindly helped me print some documents I needed for my trip. All of this in a great location right next to the US Embassy. Truly African hospitality at its best — I would happily stay here again."
