"It was amazing in all aspects! I travel very often and staying at this place was one of the best experiences. The staff were extremely helpful,professional, and nice. Not only the location was amazing and just 10 minutes walk to metro and old town, but also the whole environment was very cute. They had a common kitchen that you can use to make your food and have it with an amazing view in addition to a common TV room that you can watch movies in a very cosy environment. Also a cute cafeteria that serves breakfast and coffee as well."

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, too soft for our preference.

"Helpful and friendly staff. Good place to chill, sauna was good. It was windy days, so some noise was, but atmosphere was better :) Here also you can take a boat ride on the lake"

"This place is very special to our family, and we come back every summer. We’ve stayed in the resort’s different lake houses and all have been great. The Swan House is cozy and charming, and since it’s only reachable by boat, it was an extra adventure for our child. Waking up to the sounds of the lake—fish jumping, raindrops (we had a few during our stay), the wind in the reeds, and birdsong—was simply magical. The owner is a wonderful lady, full of energy and creative ideas. Her warm hospitality and the super tasty pancakes she made for breakfast made our stay even more memorable."

The Swan House does not have a shower or sink, but with the lake all around, it wasn’t really a problem for us.

When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.

"Superbe équipage, gentillesse et discrétion. Beaucoup de professionnalisme et des moments inoubliables sur le bateau et lors des excursions. Cuisine fraîche et délicieuse préparée en direct à chaque repas. A faire absolument !"
