"Nice staff, willingness to serve to customer, delicious food, rich breakfast, good coffee, perfect sauna, cleaness of all facilities."

When boss or manager comes in to restaurant without greeting customers and starts to discuss working problems with the staff infront of customers. He should come 30minutes before opening time and let the discussion go without customers.

"The bed was super soft, and comfy. The manager was super lovely. We had come in from a day of hiking and it’s just what we needed."

Las toallas y sábanas, deberían renovarlas. El penúltimo día, el personal no brindó información sobre actividades o lugares para hacer o conocer dentro de la ciudad. Que cobran el 8% si pagas con tarjeta 🙁

"It was amazing in all aspects! I travel very often and staying at this place was one of the best experiences. The staff were extremely helpful,professional, and nice. Not only the location was amazing and just 10 minutes walk to metro and old town, but also the whole environment was very cute. They had a common kitchen that you can use to make your food and have it with an amazing view in addition to a common TV room that you can watch movies in a very cosy environment. Also a cute cafeteria that serves breakfast and coffee as well."

"Very handy location. Boat well appointed with everything you could need: toilet, small shower, galley with all facilities (except a wooden spoon!). Bed comfortable with cosy bedding. Lounge and dining areas separate with a good amount of room, for two at least."

Being a bit inexperienced at staying on boats it took us a while to fine tune the way we used things but hey, life’s a learning experience. Hot water did run out but easily overcome and, with a bit of communication, eventually fixed up. It’s a boat, not a 5 star Hilton; these things happen.

"Beautiful Location with amazing views of the mountains... away from the maddening crowd and sounds which other boat houses have and hospitality by the friendly and knowledgeable host tariq.we also experienced BBQ in a shikara at the door step. Will definitely come back again here."

"Helpful and friendly staff. Good place to chill, sauna was good. It was windy days, so some noise was, but atmosphere was better :) Here also you can take a boat ride on the lake"

Nur ein einziger Punkt wäre verbesserungswürdig. Verdunklungsrollos im Bereich der Schlafbereich würden für etwas längere Nächte sorgen :-)
