"The place is beautiful and it ticked all our boxes, but I feel betrayed by bookings.com they made me pay for accommodation and breakfast that did not exist. When we arrive at Cottage007 they didn't have any records on their side that the accommodation is including breakfast, we had to pay again for the breakfast for me and my wife for 2 nigths that we already paid for on booking.com. I really trusted bookings.com and have always used it for my family vacations but I'll never use it again. And we were also told that the room per night is R600 yet we paid more than R950 on bookings.com.....really disappointing."

Juliette and Steve were amazing hosts, the food was divine, the service was excellent and we felt at home the whole time. Juliette and Steve made it seamless for us to book activities around the national park and also help out with any questions we had. I cannot recommend this place enough!!"
