"Perfect location for the Sunegga funicular lift and Flexrent ski shop around the corner. Bus stop to Matterhorn Ski Paradise 1 min walk away. Rooms well appointed and the balcony view of the Matterhorn didn’t disappoint. Near to shops/Migros. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of cereals, meats/cheese/pastries/fruit and your choice of eggs/bacon and selection of coffee options and juice to wash it all down. The spa and pool were excellent. A complimentary lift to/from Zermatt train station was most welcome. But the most stand out point for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff team. Thank you Gabriel and Team for making our stay memorable."

"We have been staying at this hotel numerous times before. The hotel this time was quite full, so the manager, who recognised us again, upgraded us to a Junior Suite, with exceptional view over the lake. The dinner and service in the restaurant were excellent. We enjoyed so much, that we decided to stay one more night and are looking forward to our visit again beginning of 2026."

S parkingom je, srećom, sve funkcioniralo jer smo došli relativno rano i bilo je još samo 2-3 prazna mjesta u garaži pa bi trebalo računati da postoji šansa da neće biti više parkinga. Dorucak je odličan, raznovrstan izbor svega a pogotovo nam se svidjelo sto je chef ispred nas pa smo mogli naručiti npr jaja na oko ili omlet. Cura na recepciji je bila simpaticna"

"A very intimate, memorable, unique-feeling boutique hotel. Our guest room was thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed to feel comfortable for a six night stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Although maybe a 25 minute walk to the city center, the #21 bus to the Bern Bahnhof drives by relentlessly and the hotel provides guest with a free pass for all Bern buses and trams."

"Τhe hotel is very comfortable and beautifully combines a traditional chalet style with a modern interior. Our room was very clean and had a warm, cozy chalet atmosphere. The restaurant is very well presented and the food was delicious. Breakfast offered a large variety of fresh products, which was a great way to start the day. The hotel is also located right next to the ski lift, which is extremely convenient, especially for those planning to ski. There is convenient outdoor parking available directly in front of the hotel, making it ideal for travelers with a car. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel is not located directly in the city center. However, guests receive a free transport card for the local bus and the bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. From there, it takes about 7 minutes to reach the center of Gstaad. Overall, a lovely place to stay in Gstaad that we would happily recommend."
