"Redrock is a good place to relax , we enjoy our stay with all facilities. The chalet is well decorated , modern and clean"

I didn't like the host who is handling the booking. The check in was at 4:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am next day. so the chalet should be ready to welcome us at 4:00 pm. We arrived around 5:00 pm , waiting for half an hour to get the key . Its fine , but the worst case scenario is that after taking the key , the chalet is not heated at all , the temperature is zero outside. I start communicating with the host to ask of how to connect the heater because it wasn't working. After 1 hour , i called the maintenance team of REDROCK , they sent 1 person and solve the problem since the heater-chauffage was closed from the main center. So at the end , no one prepare the place before our arrivals. Also no blanket in the chalet.

"You really get what you pay for here. The hotel is surrounded by nature, very calm and relaxing — perfect if you want to disconnect. The food is amazing, honestly. Please do yourself a favor and try it — it’s the best Lebanese food I’ve had so far. The hospitality is exceptional: the staff are lovely, and the owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back."

"Close to everything, hosts were amazing. Apartment is comfortable with electricity and wifi 24/7. A little bit noisy at night because there is a restaurant almost under the apartment, but if you like the party scene its great!"
