"Very well kept property, we stayed in a new bungalow with excellent views and sensational bed and bathroom facilities. The meals were exceptional, dinners were beautifully prepared and served by professional staff. You couldn’t wish for better cuisine."

A little out of the way from anything else, and not much to do if you aren’t into the spa.. A small fridge in the bungalows would be the only thing they could do to improve them.

"We had a lovely holiday stay at Haus Andreas on Silver Sands in Swakopmund. The place was very neat, clean, and well looked after – exactly what you’d hope for in a holiday rental. It’s in a great location and we really enjoyed our time there"

The only small downside was that we couldn’t find a casserole dish or braai utensils, which would have been useful for meals and braaiing. Other than that, everything else was great and we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

"The house is so beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean! Sunset views to the ocean are amazing and the location is perfect too, not far from Swakopmund town centre. The host Gesche was very accommodating, and helpful."

Hot water was a problem for a family of 5. Very dark in the house with very low lighting in the kitchen area.

"The position is great right beside the Etosha gate, the camping spot is super clean and private, we had two very comfortable nights. The staff is extremely polite"

We would have preferred a breakfast buffet

"There was a pool - and on a hot day that was welcoming.... The staff (family run business) were so friendly....They always kept ensuring that we were well taken care of"

The furniture in the room needed some attention, and that was all that we noticed.
