"The location was great. Short walk to the beach. Several restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance. Larger shopping areas were a short Uber ride away (5-10 min). Very quiet. I hardly saw any people in the hallways or outside. There was no one at the pool when I went several times, which was very nice. The room was nice,, spacious and clean. The sea and mountain views were beautiful and so peaceful. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again."

"My flight arrived at 9:00 am, but check in was not until 4:00 pm. I called and asked if there was a sitting area where I could wait because I had luggage. I was told there was no sitting area. However, there was a large sitting area by the pool where I never saw anyone sitting throughout my whole stay. It would've been nice if that space would've been offered, but instead I was allowed to sit for hours at the restaurant across the street. Thankfully those people were nice enough to let me sit there. So, if you have an early flight, be prepared to sit for hours or plan to leave your luggage somewhere so that you can explore without it."

"Alice y Juancito Boutique Hotel is an incredibly charming and cozy place. Our room (number 5 – the deluxe room with dark blue walls and matching curtains) was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely view of the garden. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect — just a few minutes from the airport. You don’t have to travel all the way into San José, and it’s an ideal starting point for the rest of your trip. Supermarkets, local sodas, and a small center are all nearby. The only minor downside was the mattress in room 5, which felt a bit outdated, so we didn’t sleep as comfortably as hoped. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely recommended."

"All of it is just great. Felt like living in a little jungle paradise for 4 days. The owners Karen and Olivier were amazing hosts, always engaging in good conversation, which made the stay feel even more cozy. We did the trapeze class and it was fantastic as well. Gracias y hasta pronto!"

"The unit had 2 big bedrooms and a sitting area which was a lot of space for this budget-friendly accommodation. The clothes washer was a nice added bonus.
