"Nice apartment with everything you could need including a mobile WiFi router which saved us loads of money on roaming fees. Nice sea view from the balcony. The complex is lovely with very pretty planting and gives acces to a good sized pool and two private beaches. Communication with the host was excellent and a minor problem was fixed very quickly. Good instructions for checking in and helpful recommendations for local amenities given. The complex is in a great area with access directly to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants very close by."

"The apartment exceeded all our expectations! It is extremely large, spacious, and spotlessly clean — you feel comfortable and relaxed from the very first moment. The location is perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance of the best restaurants, main attractions, shops, and the aluguer stops, which makes getting around very easy and convenient. What truly makes this place special, however, is the host — Maria. She is the most wonderful person on the entire island! Incredibly kind, caring, and attentive — she makes you feel completely at home. She takes care of her guests as if they were her own children and is always one step ahead, helping with organization, giving advice, and assisting with all aspects of travel logistics, even without being asked. It is rare to experience such hospitality and genuine care. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!"

"Las vistas del apartamento son imbatibles, se ve toda la ciudad y la bahía. Aunque está en lo alto de una colina apenas se tardan 10 minutos andando al centro y el paseo del puerto. "This was our first trip to the Cape Verde Islands, and Praia was our first stop after arriving from Lisbon. The apartment is located outside the center of Praia (2-3 km), in a quiet residential area. But the center of Praia can be reached easily and cheaply by city bus (no. 10, 12). The owner, Eunice, speaks English, quickly answers all questions before arrival, and during your stay, helps organize tours of the island by recommending drivers she knows. Eunice is incredibly warm and caring, and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. The apartment itself is very spacious, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very comfortable living room connected to the kitchen, which has everything you need. The local center of the district, with shops, a pharmacy, a bank, and ATMs, is within walking distance. This was the nicest, most comfortable apartment during our 3-week trip to the Cabo Verde Islands."
