The house is magnificent and is furnished and decorated with beautiful use of colour and texture and the antique furniture and paintings are delightful. Beautiful spacious and characterful bedroom and bathroom. My stay felt like being a guest at an eighteenth century house party and Charles' relaxed and friendly manner was wonderful. I was looking for a genuinely French experience rather than an impersonal hotel and both Charles and the lovely French couple who were also staying were happy to encourage my French speaking. A truly memorable experience and I hope to return. Thanks for a great stay Charles."

"We had a truly magical stay here. Instead of a typical B&B, we stayed in a beautiful house with a unique, cozy atmosphere. The surrounding garden is stunning, and the on-site horse stables were a massive highlight for our children—they absolutely loved it! ​Our host was exceptional; he prepared a delicious breakfast and was very attentive to all our requests. Most importantly, he shared 'insider' tips on local spots that you won't find in any guidebook. It made our trip so much more special. Definitely worth a visit!"
