"I seldom give a score of 10 but very happy to make an exception here. The apartment was just perfect. Spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, good bed,... I was a bit afraid of street noise but the bed room is in the back and I could even sleep with the window open. Owner is a very nice guy and communication with him was pleasant and always fast responses. I've stayed in many apartments in Vincennes already but not as good as this. I just hope this review does not mean it will be difficult to book it again because I certainly would :-)"

"Vince is a super host having a super apparment in a perfect location. We are a family with 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Metro is right bellow, RER is a short walk too. Many great resturants around (check out google maps..). Appartmet as very well designed and very well equippted. Verdict: 6 stars out of five."

"Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. Bouche de métro (ligne 1) tout à côté et RER A pas trop loin. La ville de Vincennes est très agréable, on y trouve d'exellents commerces de bouche, il y a un Franprix et un Monoprix à 2 pas de l'appartement. Notre hôte a été très facilitant et très disponible par téléphone avant et pendant notre séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%."

"La villa è bellissima, confortevole e moderna. Tutti gli spazi sono curati e puliti, la pace e il silenzio ci hanno permesso di riposare perfettamente e la cortesia del proprietario è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. In zona si parcheggia comodamente. È stato davvero piacevole e rilassante soggiornare in villa. Spero proprio di tornare."

Le plateau d'accueil (café, thé, gâteaux...) Le grand placard de rangement. Le petit balcon (même si très petit). La présence d'un lave linge au rez de chaussée de l'immeuble."

"Charmante maison décorée avec gout. Très bel extérieur avec 2 belles terrasses et un vrai coup de cœur pour le grand jardin et ses oliviers. Nous avons de ce fait peu profité de l'intérieur. L'appartement est lumineux, spacieux, très bien meublé et équipé. Tout y est. Mise à dispo de thé, dosettes de café, condiments et produits d'entretien. Beaucoup de rangement dans toute la maison et moustiquaires aux fenêtre de chambres. Le propriétaire est accueillant, réactif et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et serons ravis d'y retourner plus longtemps."
