"Emplacement premium. Bon confort. Parking facile."
"Ce petit appartement est mignon, agréable, propre est chaud. Les explications donnés sont claires, on trouve facilement des places pour stationner. On a été dans le calme et nous n'avons pas entendu la cloche sonner comme on a pu lire sur certains commentaires. En revanche il manque quelques accessoires de cuisine notamment un plus grande casserole une cafetière et aussi dans la chambre une lampe de chevet pour lire sans déranger les autres. Dans l'ensemble c'était TOP"

"Great location near train station, restaurants, supermarket, bakery. Communal hallway had that clean hospital smell, clearly regularly done. Apartment was clean, nothing to fault. It is economical with a family using the pull-out sofa, going to a hotel nearby would have cost us 50% more, the trade-off is that it is a sofa bed but since we were only there one night and hardly inside, it worked well for us. Will use it again next year!"

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Super clean, well equipped, perfect garden and ideal location. The neighborhood is very quiet, calm and green, 1 min from the Sarthe river and honestly 10 mins from city center. There are two perfect parking areas 2 mins walk from the house."

"The room is totally independent with a small table in the beautiful garden for breakfast or an evening apéro. All super clean and furnished with great taste. I had intended to go out for dinner on the evening of my arrival, but it was so lovely that I decided to stay in and just enjoy the calm. I slept like a log. There's also private parking. The owner Mireille is super nice and helpful. If I'm ever in the region again, I'll make sure I return. Totally recommend."
