"Clean, modern, welcoming, convenient. Emmanuel is a very pleasant, polite and welcoming host. I was driving back to London from Austria, and wanted an overnight stay halfway along the journey. I arrived late on a Sunday evening and left very early on a Monday morning - was not a problem to accommodate my timing needs. Would highly recommend."

"The place is well located inside the building, although it is located near cafes and restaurants, the bedroom remains calm and I had a great sleep!! The apartment was warm upon my arrival so I didn't get cold at all! The communication was exceptional, before, during and after my stay. Located at the 7th floor, with a lift, I think it's a perfect place for a couple and feeling the Parisian life. Thank you again for everything"
"The photos don’t do it justice. It actually really spacious inside."
"It was bright and spacious. A good atmosphere. And so near everything. Two very fine books were available to consult."

"Spacious apartment with everything you need, the staff is very friendly and proactive whenever needed. Location is very good with all necessities and bus/tram stops at a walking distance. We had a very pleasant stay, thanks to the staff. Definitely booking this apartment next time I’m in Grenoble! Thank you Golden Gestion!"

"Stayed in the location for the second time - liked it even more. We were on holiday. Beautiful location. Green! Spacious. Pool. Excellent breakfast (a strong advice to go for dinners, they were excellent, also for vegetarians). Excellent service. Everything is done with good taste. I had to work, unfortunately, for several hours during this stay, but was happy it was in that location (good wifi). Hosts - Alex and Lea - great hosts."
