"La maison est très bien entretenue, elle est très propre. La literie est très bien. L’accueil est parfait !! Merci beaucoup ! La maison est placée dans un endroit vraiment très calme. C'est très reposant."

"Appartement situé à la campagne donc très calme avec la possibilité de se garer sans difficulté. Les clés nous ont été remises directement par les propriétaires. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. De bonnes informations sur les châteaux de Maulnes (que nous n'aurions peut-être pas eu la curiosité de visiter) et d'Ancy le Franc. Pat et Fred aiment leur région et ils en parlent très bien ! De bons conseils également sur les restaurants et les champagnes des Côtes de Bar. Pas de petit déjeuner puisque nous étions en location d'appartement mais nous avons apprécié le petit pot de miel d'un apiculteur du coin."

"We spend here several days and explored the French Riviera, having this place as the main base:) The location is perfect, it's very calm, there's the beach over the road and two supermarkets in 10-minute walk distance. There's a quite functional kitchen in the apartment, so we cooked there. And there's a large balcony with enough place for breakfast or morning yoga:)"

"We had a very happy stay at the Bastide Derroc . Patrice made us very welcome with good recommendations of places to visit and the house felt very much like home by the time we left. Cotignac is a charming village and is only a 10 minute walk along country paths so we were able to walk into the village for dinner or to collect bread and croissants in the morning. As we were there in the middle of February we were not able to take full advantage of the outside seating areas and pool area which were all very pretty and comfortable but the open fire in the sitting room made the evenings very cosy. Lots of pretty villages to visit within a half hour radius - we recommend the Abbaye de Thoronet, Moustiers Sainte Marie, the Lac de St Croix, Entrecasteaux and St Martin de Pallieres - both the latter have a chateau to visit although they were closed for the winter when we were there so could only admire from the outside."
