"Boravili smo u Hôtel Esté 10 dana u klasičnoj sobi. Ukupan dojam boravka je izuzetno pozitivan. Sobe su vrlo uredne i održavane na visokom nivou – osoblje za čišćenje zaslužuje sve pohvale, jer su sobe svaki dan bile savršeno čiste i uređene."

Prilikom prijave rečeno nam je da doručak košta 18€ “po sobi”, ali na kraju boravka ispostavilo se da je cijena zapravo po osobi – što nas je iznenadilo i ostavilo blagi dojam razočaranja, pogotovo jer to nije bilo jasno komunicirano unaprijed."

"Clean and friendly, spa area was very nice and well maintained. Steam was actually one of the best I’ve been in. The rooms are tight, we were able to experience a few different ones. We ended up in a joining room with terrace which was great but still quite compact. Super attentive, great hospitality, friendly staff. Right on top of a man station so lots to do, places to eat and super well connected. It’s a short walk away from the Eurostar station!"
"No bed guards for toddlers, so I rolled some towels up! Couldn’t fulfil the ask of twin beds on the first night so they moved us the second night! (Worked out well) but was a little frustrating to begin with. The lift didn’t feel great, it sometimes struggled to open when it got to floor 7!"
"Location was great as the Metro entrance was just outside the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was modern, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant food was good. All in all a very pleasant stay."

"Amazing hotel great service up to every detail! The breakfast was brought to my room everyday which was wonderful. The staff was super friendly. The suite was very comfortable I even had a walk in closet for my wardrobe which was great. And the spa was wonderful and very clean. The beds were very soft slept like a baby 10 out of 10 amazing hotel!"
