"The hotel was super easy to find from Gare de l'Est and it is only a 23min walk away from the Seine, so very close to the sights. The reception is manned 24hrs a day, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very yummy with fresh croissants and bread rolls, jams, cheese and luncheon as well as cereals, fruit and an excellent coffee machine."

"The lift was extremely funny (personal opinion) as it only just fitted 2 people and a suitcase, but there are stairs too, of course 😉"

"The hotel location is perfect, room was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, guys at the reception are great, really helpful and always there for us."

"Very friendly and generous staff. Good location for use of Metro and close enough to walk to many places of interest."

"Noisy building site currently next door - aware this isn’t the hotels fault so didn’t affect the quality of our stay overall!"

"Location perfect, personal very nice, I want to thank Mr Monde he give us always good service,"

"Everything’s ok"

"The staff were SO lovely, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Easy to reach from the airport via train / walk or metro. Could also explore the coty by either walking or the metro."

"No kettle in the room, we were very welcome to use the one in the kitchen though."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.. It is easy to get to and there are loads of places to try for food around."

"The lift is very small so if you have a lot of luggage or big pieces you might struggle."

"The location was good. Right next to the metro and plenty of restaurants. Rooms were clean and tidy. Good for the price and last-minute booking."

"The family room was quite small and there wasn't a lot of room outside of where the beds were. The elevator was tiny so I had to take the stairs most of the time and our room was on the 6th floor. If I were able to take the elevator it only went to the 5th floor so I had to carry our bags up the last floor up a windy staircase. There are also big wooden beams across the family room ceiling which makes it hard to manoeuvre around the beds and easily hit your head."
