"Der Zugang zum Objekt war trotz personalloserer Abwicklung ideal vom Vermieter vorbereitet, dass kenne ich von anderen Hotels auch anders. Das komplette Zimmer mit dem Bad war frisch, liebevoll und hochwertig renoviert. Alles war sehr sauber. Ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Mein Motorrad konnte ich im geschützten Innenhof in einem überdachten Raum abstellen."

"The room is super comfortable and clean. The house is very charming and with everything you need to be peaceful and joyous. Leonard is a great host and can give you indications for activities regarding day trips and where to eat. I highly recommend it if you are an easy going kind of traveller."

"a lovely small flat within easy reach on foot from the train station, and quiet at night. It's on the third floor though, so be prepared to carry up your luggage. My one big issue was the mattress on the double bed in the attic space - needs replacing with a decent one! I managed to move the bedding on the sofa bed right next to the bathroom, which worked out fine. The small kitchen is well equipped and there was coffee. Only stayed 1 night, so given the cleaning fee, it's better value the longer you stay. Lots of local info especially for outdoor activities, that some guests might appreciate."

"Near the sea and the pool wich was cleaned every day. Place for leaving a car. We found all necessary equipment for convenient stay, even a sun umbrella and beach chairs. The appartment is located outside the city, but it was an advantage for us. There are few pizzerias near, but you need a car for food shopping."

"We had a pleasant stay in this property, which is well-located in a quiet area of Tours. The free street parking was convenient, though finding a spot could sometimes be tricky. The house was warm and comfortable, with only a few steps to navigate. Some of the areas have had considerable updating like the showers and the kitchen, but others still retain a rather dated feel. (which we actually liked!). The downstairs bedroom is the best, and the bed is very comfortable. The layout downstairs is really good and social, and having dishwasher and washing machine handy is great. There's a barbecue and the owner had provided briquettes. The place is very quiet. Overall I'd recommend this place as a base for Tours (very easy access to the Centre) and the Loire Chateaux."
