"We had a very spacious room with a large balcony & lovely view over the lake. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. We also had dinner in the evening & it was lovely to sit out on the terrace to dine."

"Le cadre de cet hôtel est sublime, sa proximité avec le centre du village est un atout. Nous avons apprécié la chambre de bonne superficie avec un large balcon qui doit être un vrai plus l’été. Un parking privé est également disponible."

"A magnificent place to stay—it feels like it has been run by more than one generation, creating a truly warm, home-like atmosphere with great attention to guests. The property is large, with a swimming pool and terrace, very well maintained, full of flowers and rich plant diversity. There is direct access to a forest. Most rooms have their own private entrance. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is excellent. Unfortunately, we were only passing through from Rome to Spain, but the location is very convenient along the route. Pets are allowed, which is always a plus. We arrived late, and they waited for us and served a delicious dinner. We will definitely plan to return there on purpose."

"We have never stayed ANYWHERE that was better than Maries place PERIOD. She runs an above advertised experience. Location was perfect. The rooms were better than expected. Her "concierge" assistance was brilliant. Staying there made our vacation better than we could imagine. If we visit burgundy again you better bet we'd go there without question!"

"Very remote and quiet, still quite well situated close to Phalsbourg and Troyes. For us it was a calm night on our way west. Breakfast is served in the room and consisted of Croissant, Baguette, jam, ham and cheese with an orange juice, Actimel and a hot drink of choice. American style Restaurant "Lakota" can be reached by foot, so we didn't have to take the car to go out for dinner."
