LA DEMEURE

"Excellent location, close to all the amenities, with a fantastic view. A lovely compact apartment which was very well equipped. Very good communication with the host."

"The house was in good condition for its age. The bed was a comfortable double, with very clean linen. We enjoyed the pool and there were new pool towels for us to use. It was in an interesting position, close to the water. We didn’t use the bedrooms upstairs. You can just see the river (a branch of it) from the para pool."

"Really friendly and welcoming Dogs accepted free of charge Good facilities in accomodation Good size for a family Soft Towels and bedding provided Immaculately clean"

"The apartment was perfectly prepared for our stay. Serena is an extremely kind and caring host. She really looks after her guests – recommending restaurants, places for good ice cream, shops, and local attractions. We truly appreciated cold water and sweet snacks waiting for us on arrival. The apartment has everything you might need: dishwasher tablets, detergent, shower gels, tissues, lots of spices, tea, coffee – you don’t need to worry about a thing. The place is spotlessly clean and very spacious. And the view of the beautiful marina from the apartment is just wonderful :) Serena, it was a pleasure to be your guests."

"An original French country house. Very pleasant, very cozy. Sheep and horses right outside the bedroom window and the kitchen smells appetizingly of “ratatouille”. I would have liked to taste it! The host was very kind and accommodating."

"The residence is directly opposite the Cité, which holds the Château Comtal and the Basilica. It is just over a five minute walk to the main gate. There is parking available outside the property, which is modern, spotless and has all the amenities required. There are restaurants and bars in the Cité and also just along Rue Trivalle. The town centre is a fifteen minutes walk across the river, where there are many bars, restaurants and shops. The train station is a further 5 minutes. Everything is within easy walking distance."

"Maison bien entretenue, proche de Paris, propriétaires adorables, tous les équipements sur place."

"The location was superb. Parking was easy. Comfortable accommodation. Very clean. We enjoyed our stay."

"We loved Mimi’s apartment: it is fully renovated and extremely comfortable. The mattress is firm, and so are the pillows. The bathroom is also fully renovated and the kitchen has everything you can need. Micol is a great host and gave us recommendations for plans and places to eat in Nice. We went to some of them and they were fab!"
