"Vey friendly host, who met us on arrival and gave a lots of information and suggestions. The excellent and generous breakfast was very much appreciated. Large comfortable rooms, and a big common living area."

"We loved our stay with Valerie. When we arrived after a long motorbike journey from Lake-Como, Valerie greeted us with a nice cold drink in the beautiful garden. Our room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed..location was great. Valerie recommended some places to visit and eat..breakfast was amazing! Again Valerie had made up a lovely table in the garden..with fresh fruits, yogurts, cereal. Delicious fresh croissants with homemade jams 😋 lovely local cheeses. Juice and coffee..what more could you ask for. Nothing was to much trouble for Valerie, we were leaving really early in the morning and told her not to worry about breakfast as so early. But she insisted in getting up and get breakfast ready for us as Valerie said, you can not travel without something to eat...myself and Scott would like to say thank you so much for yours and your husbands hospitality, we hope to come back soon... would highly recommend Location is perfect"

"Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und wir hatten die ganze Etage für uns alleine. Wir haben uns sofort in diesem urigen Haus wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und mit Liebe zubereitet. Am beiden Tage gab es zwar ähnliche Grundlagen, aber mit leichten Variationen, sodass Abwechslung garantiert ist. Wir hatten außerdem die Möglichkeit unsere Fahrräder sicher abzustellen und die Lage ist super."

"Un lieu exceptionnel dans une bâtisse chargée d'histoire. Nous venions pour une nuit après la visite du château de Ripaille au bout de la route, et nous avons vécu une expérience temporelle et ressourçante. La cuisine à disposition nous a permis de réchauffer nos plats du marché de Noël et de manger face à la cheminée médiévale pour un repas romantique et pittoresque. Valerie nous a chaleureusement accueilli et tout de suite mis à l'aise. Merci encore pour ce petit déjeuner somptueux ! Moi qui suis exigeant niveau literie, j'ai dormi comme un châtelain !"

"Die Unterkunft für uns war sehr geräumig, wir hatten eine Etage quasi für uns. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Lage ebenfalls. Wir haben unser Auto in den beiden Tagen nicht gebraucht. Die Gegend ist einfach traumhaft schön. Schön anzusehen sind auch die Bilder, die in dem ganzen Haus zu finden sind. Alles sehr geschmackvoll. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen."
"Das Badezimmer ist zwar sehr groß, aber das Duschen in der Badewanne eher abenteuerlich."

"Clear, easy to follow directions were given before arrival. Gilles was a very responsive host, who responded to all our questions very quickly. The apartment is beautiful; decorated with many lovely details. There are also guide books and a folder with information available. The location is fantastic. Bakery and cheese shop across the street, fruit and vegetables store next door and supermarket a few minutes to walk. You are in the centre of Saint Remy within a 10 minute walk and by car within an 1 hour radius of many, many great places to explore. We had a super time."

"Beautiful, peaceful and secure location. Pool looked incredible just a shame that the access to the pool was not included in the accommodation price. Which was very surprising as normally hotels give you free access if you stay the night."

"Historica building a minute from the cathedral, beautifully renovated, with spacious rooms and comfortable common areas. The owner/host was most helpful and welcoming: he sacrificed his own parking place so we could park our large car near the hotel; he gave us a fascinating insight into the history of the building, which was once owned by alchemosts and still attracts modern day enthusiasts; and he was very informative about the best things to do in Le Puy."

"Lovely location just opposite a lake and park and right next door to a large supermarket. Great communication with the owner, who was also there to meet us. The owner also allowed us early entry, which was really appreciated after a long cycle ride on a very hot day. The accommodation had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and had air conditioning, although loud, didn't stop us having a good night's sleep. Check out the egrets that come to roost in the island in the middle of the lake in the evening."

"Patrick and Danielle are wonderful hosts. The attention to detail in everything they do is exceptional. They are a warm, genuine kind couple. Everything from the welcome to making sure our stay was memorable. The breakfasts were perfect and the location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants which were kindly recommended by Patrick. Our purpose for staying there was to visit the amazing Beaval Zoo Parc which is only 3.5kms from the house. Free parking very close by. We will definately visit again one day and would highly recommend. Abientot! David et Wendy xx"
