"The location was wonderful. The apartment had a shared area — a living room and dining room — spacious and sufficient for everyone. There were plenty of sleeping places: four double beds, one single bed, and a crib for a baby."

"Upon arriving we had many questions, like why only 1 review is posted, why the building looks so strange, why the area is deserted, is it a safe area, is it easy to get into town, etc. But the worries were in vain. It is a really nice apartment, the area is very calm in summer because many students live there, everywhere is very clean and green! The apartment is renovated and the owners really care about it. We had much comfort in having 3 bedrooms, parking and kitchen fully equipped. It is very easy to get into town by public transport. Please stay there if you want to visit Rouen. I recommend this apartment!"

"A lovely quiet rural location with multiple impressive chateaux within a 10km radius. The room would suit a single or couple, attached to the main house but with private facilities and access to the rear orchard and tranquil views. The reception was warm and welcoming. "Lovely house, comfortable and spacious. Host met us and was very informative about the area and helpful. Great location with some top places to visit in close proximity. House was very clean, lovely garden and terrace to relax and large dining room. For us, it was a great venue for a family meet up and birthday celebration."
