"Tastefully decorated, including the garden and pool, with nice flower arrangements etc. the outdoor terrace was superb, also catching some evening sun. The separate morning ’breakfast terrace’ was great, with the lavender and the views. The bedroom was spacious. One can see that the owners, who were very friendly and supplied us with fresh garden produce, spared no effort to make this a great place."

"Liked being on a working vineyard - simple but every practical detail had been though about. Liked the shared kitchen facility and the outside space. Evening meals available for purchase and warm up in the kitchen. Excellent breakfast. One kilometre away from Civrac en Medoc, a nice village with restaurant and shop."

"The owner is an excellent host. He met us at the property and took time to explain how everything worked and provided us with lots of helpful information and advice. We very much appreciated his kind gift, some little cakes, which are a specialty of Bordeaux. The apartment is very centrally located but due to its courtyard position, is extremely quiet and safe."
