"Second time staying here. Close to the motorway and a quiet location for a stop over on the way to Calais. Close to the two centre and very good communications with the owners."

"The place is starting to look a little tired and could do with some fixing up. Hole in the bathroom wall, cupboard door in the kitchen missing (probably due to some previous guests who have mistreated the property)."

"Great little apartment, comfortable beds (loft area perfect for adults or children), great little kitchen, two sofa areas, views of nice garden at back, owners left windows open to cool down the apartment before our arrival which was kind, they also left extra bedding for our younger daughter, definitely recommend. Nice quiet street."

"A nice apartment in a quiet area of St Omer. Nice kitchen dining area, well equipped with plates, cutlery, etc. Nice and clean. Easy to access the property. The double room is nice and the bed comfortable. The single mattresses are very comfortable. A good price for the accommodation, and nice and spacious. Would stay again if 3 of us rather than 5. The settee was comfy and there is a TV, but we didn't figure out whether we could get anything other than local channels (like netflix etc). Good free WiFi, with good signal. Near to the canal for a little walk (watch out for dog poo everywhere though, cleaning up after dogs is not so much of a thing in France unfortunately). The little table top oven worked well, there's a big fridge and a microwave. Bedding and towels provided and all nice and clean."

"The upper floor was not really safe for children and the stair gates broken, also the windows have no restrictors so have to watch children carefully. Some window coverings were damaged or missing altogether so it was very light in the morning. The bathroom is very small and the top part of the shower was broken. No soap etc provided. One toilet for an apartment to sleep so many is not enough (but seems to be standard in France). Be aware the stairs to the apartment are steep, and the stairs to the upper level VERY steep. Would have liked some wine glasses to be provided. The garden downstairs looked so lovely, and our little boy was sad he couldn't go there. It was really quite hot, and we stayed end of March - so I imagine very warm in summer. Great for some, less so for others - but you can get a fantastic breeze through by opening windows on both sides 😀"
