"Donna is an exceptional host. She left lots of goodies for us and our dog ( much appreciated by Java). The setting is very peaceful, beautiful countryside, dotted with small villahes yet only 20km from big town of Vire."

"The property was in the middle of the countryside yet very centrally located to visit all the attractions in Normandy. The food market in Vire was very good and close by and we were able to have a proper dinner . This is important because being in the countryside it is not easy to reach out to restaurants especially in the mornings and late evenings. The host was very kind and she organized for us a little supper upon arrival for those having a late arrival (after 5pm)"

"Välkomnades av en helt fantastisk värdinna som lagat tomatsoppa till oss och även försåg oss med såväl vin, bröd och frukostmat som tuggben till hundarna. Huset är härligt bekvämt och där finns allt du kan önska dig. Läget är rofyllt, lugnt och vackert. Underbart om man trivs i en lantlig miljö. Hönsen och gåsen är ett plus."

"De rust... Natuur en ook al is het op het domein van de gastvrouw. Ik kan oprecht zeggen dat ik ze effectief enkel gezien heb bij onze aankomst. Alles wat aanwezig. Tot eten bij aankomst na een lange rit echt aangenaam . Ook was er Zeep, afwasmiddel, vaatwastabletten, handdoeken, zeep om je te wassen, bed was opgemaakt. Ik kan het maar enkel aanraden. Donna is ook superlief en ook voor onze hondjes waren er snoepjes. Winkel is niet zo ver weg. Voor te tanken ook niet. Wij hebben echt genoten 100%."

"The hotel was independent and family run. Very clean and exceptionally friendly service. The food was all locally sourced and well presented. Dinner was a three course set menu, all of which was delicious. Breakfast included home made brioche, local yogurt and home made preserves."
"A lovely boutique hotel in a perfect location—just outside the busy and noisy Alaçatı center, yet still only about 8-minute walk to the heart of town. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing, while still being very central. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and cozy. "Lovely historic house and grounds with very well appointed large room displaying lovely artwork. The owner is a lovely lady who provided an excellent continental breakfast. We had dinner at a small neighbouring restaurant only a 100m away which was very good."

"Great B&B, with very genial owners, nice family room with access to a good shared kitchen with wine and bits to buy. We had a lovely breakfast with homemade yoghurt, jams, bread and cake and fruit from the garden. This is a lovely spot to stay within easy distance of Mount St Michel but away from the madness!"
