"Our host... who lives in the upstairs flat, was so very helpful. Him being fluent in English was a HUGE plus!! We had a car accident and our vehicle was undriveable. We therefore had an unexpected stay in Alencon. We also had our 2 dogs with us. Our host was exceptionally helpful... He drove me to buy some suitcases and later drove myself and my husband to the car dealership to get things out. The next day he walked around the town with us.. Checking trains/rental cars etc so we could get home. He then arranged a BlaBla car ride share to get us to Calais to be able to get home ( car was left in Alencon to be transported back to UK by insurance Co.). I don't know what we would have done without his help!!"

"We stayed here as a stop on our way to Britanny. This property was absolutely stunning. It was clean, tidy and had all the facilties you needed. The owners were very responsive when we messaged them, very polite and offered us fruits from their garden which was a lovely touch for the children. The property is very child welcome with toys, books and games. It was overall a beautiful place to stay, easy to find and access. Would definitely stay here again on our travels. Thank you for a perfect stay ❤️"

"Comfortable, rural and quiet, spacious property with charming decor, well equipped kitchen, bathroom was a nice big size, plenty of towels, plenty of beds with good quality linen. Gated property so the children could play on the grounds safely. Easy parking. We liked that the toilet was downstairs away from the main living area and that the bathroom was separate so one person could shower whilst another used the toilet. Very warm property and relaxing."
