"Beautiful location and splendid renovation. Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed sitting by the pool. Lots of extra touches to make our stay comfortable and super quick communication with the friendly owners. Definitely recommend Le Chirol."

"Claire & Olivier were just superb hosts. They are such a great team together and made every moment very special. A home away from home, we loved Claire’s cooking which was delicious, all fresh and locally produced. The wines they have on offer were superb. Nothing was too much for the wonderful couple to help us with, including local advice, restaurant recommendations and even providing a midnight feast for us one evening when we got back late. We loved staying at Le chirol, we miss the wonderful property, very comfortable rooms and beautiful swimming pool, but most of all we already miss our new friends Claire & Olivier. They are an amazing team and we would all love to come back and stay with them again! 5*****"

"Le super petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Le calme du gîte. La superbe piscine. La qualité du mobilier aussi bien intérieur qu'extérieur. La proximité de Bergerac (à peine 15 minutes en voiture) et de nombreux sites touristiques. La proximité du vignoble et les dégustations possibles."

"The space was clean and calm, specious enough with a large balcony and beautiful views. The shower room was well equipped with everything you need. The interior is beautifully decorated with many statues and flowers. There were complimentary sweets, and a small kitchen area with free tea and a coffee machine."

"Everything! The location was fantastic - close to grocery stores, lovely restaurants and cafes as well as close public transport links for accessing different parts of Paris. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The accomodation was perfect however the best feature was the host Jean-Brice - he was kind, helpful, welcoming, generous and very patient with my son and I whilst we were speaking French. He even personally showed us where to get a nice lunch in the local area as well as public transport links and cooked us an exquisite French meal. He looked out for us exceptionally well. A stay with Jean-Brice was the perfect start to our three week trip around France. Merci pour tout Jean-Brice. Votre gentillesse et votre accueil chaleureux ne seront jamais oubliés."

"The apartment is located in the central and safe area, all the important sights are at a maximum of 3 km away, we only walked, the only exception was the Versailles palace. There are restaurants and cafes very close to the location, it has all the utilities you need, easy access, quiet block, very warm."
