Close to bus stop and 5-10 min to tram, both of which go direct to centre. "Fantastic place! We loved it from the first moment. Very elegant, new, comfortable, welcoming house. There is everything we needed for stay. Unfortunately we had to go, but definitely will be happy to come back. Communication, check in/out was very fast. Perfect balance between value and price. Go for it!"

"We really love this apartment. It's very nice, tidy, clean. Nathalie gave us a very warm welcome with a bottle of wine, orange juice and coffee pods. Kitchen has everything we want; microwave with grill feature, kettle with temperature control, Nespresso 3-in-1, and electric hob. Bed and sofabed are excellent. It's the best sofabed we have used. Bathroom and separate toilet are very clean. Washing machine is also there. Location - it is outside the Bordeaux city centre; however, bus no. 11 stop is in front of the apartment. We just found out later that from Bordeaux airport, we could use Tram A to go to Fontaine d'Arlac station, then 10 mins walk to the apartment. If you want to go to visit Bordeaux, you should book this apartment. Highly recommended."

"El apartamento está genial. Anaïs estará pendiente de tu llegada para explicarte lo necesario. Las instrucciones para acceder son claras y sencillas. Tiene todo lo necesario para 3 ó 4 personas. Impecablemente limpio, muy equipado, con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Camas amplias, una en la habitación principal y la otra es el sofá del salón, que se convierte en una cama grande. Está lejos del centro de Burdeos (bastante). No es para ir caminando. Eso sí, a 10 minutos caminando hay parada del tranvía, con lo cual la comunicación es excelente. Nosotros íbamos en coche, se puede aparcar por la zona sin problema. No utilizamos el parking disponible."

"Nada reseñable. Por decir algo, se nota que no hay casi aislamiento y se oye mucho el exterior, que aunque no es bullicioso, sí que tiene algo de tráfico."

"Parfait. Dès notre arrivée un accueil plus que chaleureux nous à été réservé en personne par notre hôte Annaïse qui est d’une incroyable gentillesse. L’appartement mis à notre disposition était d’une extrême propreté et parfaitement aménagé. Il ne manquait rien. L’immeuble est très calme, parfaitement sécurisé et l’emplacement de stationnement privatif est un vrai plus. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette location et y retournerons avec plaisir. Vous n’y serez pas déçus. Encore bravo et un grand merci à Annaïse pour la qualité et la propreté exceptionnelle de son bien et son immense gentillesse."
