"The apartment is fully aquiped with everything that you could possibly need ! Modern and newly renovated! I can only say it felt like home and was a delight to stay in! Second of all the residence is so calm that you can hardly hear anything. the neighborhood is so secure and calm ! It felt like a real vacation! It is true that you have to walk a little 7-8 min to the beach but it is worth it ! You can see locals shops and streets a long the way."

"The apartment is very cozy, and the overall property is warm, spacious, and welcoming. It features a truly incredible balcony and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere where you really feel immersed in nature, while still enjoying modern comforts. The bathroom is also large and well-designed. The only point to note is the lack of reliable internet. The TV also seemed to have connectivity issues, as we were unable to use streaming services like Netflix despite trying for quite some time. Of course, this is not essential when on holiday, but nowadays having Wi-Fi can be quite important for work, staying connected, or simply relaxing with some entertainment in the evening. That said, we would still absolutely recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent and very smooth."

"Perfect location. Close to airport, close to the tram and bus stops, close to the city center. Going by train to other Cote de Azur locations it is reasonable to use Saint Augustin train station which is close to the airport. Perfect view from the balcony. Although we visited Nice in early April, it was warm enough to have breakfasts ir the balcony, which was already warmed by morning sun. Perfect, comfortable and clean bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Spacy wardrobes. Although the apartment isn’t very spacy, we had enough space for 4 people. But we generally just slept there and spent the days by exploring Cote de Azur. Antibes is really worth visiting. Not that fancy as Cannes, or snooty as Monaco. The promenade downstairs is noisy. Really noisy. But the windows in the apartment are good quality and the noise from the street and even from planes landing wasn’t disturbing at all."

"The apartment fully met all our expectations and needs. It offered high-speed internet, a well-equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking (e.g., sharp knives, pots, etc.), and a beautiful balcony that gets plenty of sun during the day and is also perfect for relaxing in the evening. The living room was very comfortable and cozy, and the overall interior design was stylish and inviting – we felt at home. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout. I can fully recommend this accommodation and would definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area. Some additional highlights include an excellent butcher nearby, and the fact that the apartment is located away from the main road, making it very quiet and peaceful at night."
