"Very good communication with the owner, Ingrid. She answered very quick and allways very friendly. She accommodated my special needs more than well, and all small requests, such as a ladder, were fulfilled. For that, I sincerely thank her. She was very friendly and very helpful.. The accommodation is 2 minutes from the train station and is therefore ideal for all kinds of business trips. Bus and metro connections are also easily accessible. The area is very safe, even for a woman traveling alone. The accommodation itself was clean and comfortable. Everything you need, including dishes and Coffee maker was provided. I would like to highlite that I thought it was great, that some coffee pads, tea, and small cookies were also provided. If I ever come back to Rouen, I will book it again."
