"we needed a stayover in France on our route to Barcelona from The Netherlands. We were met with a great scenery, a nice view over the hills and the old town (where we had a nice dinner at L’Absinthe restaurant). Madame Blondine is super nice, friendly and helpful (she arranged our reservation at the fully booked restaurant). And she prepared a lovely breakfast in the garden. Little gem in the French Drôme area."

"The room was lovely and clean. I remember the aircon worked well. It was small but met my needs. I really liked the bathroom, it was a good size and well kitted out. One of the best things was the all you can eat buffet being so close, perfect for a dinner. The staff at this hotel were very friendly. Tip: if you come from the town/train station by foot, Google maps messes up the route and makes you go a long way around adding 12 mins on. Instead, go to Burger King, then cross towards the main road and go up the steps to the Jeep dealership. Then put in directions to the hotel and you will get there quicker."

"Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hatte Alles was man braucht. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt. Trotz dass sie direkt an der Strasse gelegen ist, hört man aufgrund der hervorragenden Fenster nichts vom Verkehr. Gute Betten, die Matratzen waren nicht durchgelegen und sorgten daher für guten Schlaf. Es gab auch ein grosses Sortiment an Vorschlägen, was man in der Umgebung unternehmen kann."

"Excellent location close to everything, but still with a lovely countryside view out our back window. Much more modern room than we expected. Our bikes were locked safely in the gas heating room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable, with an extra blanket and pillows if needed. There was an elevator. Air conditioning worked reasonably well."

"We felt so lucky to have discovered this absolute gem in the Normandy countryside to stay for a night on our way down to the Dordogne - we actually would have loved to stay longer. Every comfort was provided, including Yorkshire tea bags in our lovely room with the tea/coffee making facilities. Incredibly comfortable bed. Debbie and Rob were such welcoming hosts and Debbie’s cooking was sublime. We will definitely be booking again on our next trip to France!"
