"An outstanding property in a central location, with easy walking access to the centre of town. Parking no problem and near appartment. Communication with the owner was easy, informative and helpful. The appartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and apppointed with modern appliances, comfortable beds with good quality linen. Everything exceptionally clean. I would recommend it as an exceptional appartment to stay."

"Belle villa avec beaucoup d'espace, un très grand jardin avec beaucoup de verdure. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir accepté nos 2 petits chiens. Ils ont adorés s'y promener. Le golf est à quelques minutes à pieds. L'endroit "L'Aveneau-Vieille Vigne" est tranquille donc très reposant."
"The house is up a quiet one-way street and there is plenty of free parking with 100 metres. The house was well equipped and represented excellent value for money. Claire was a very easy host to deal with."

"Very good location. Quiet place, but near enough from the down-town. The room is a small house in a private garden, and well isolated. The system inside is completely new and clean. The most impressive point for me is that I could use a own parking space with only 8 Euro for one night, also quite near the room. Very nice for the users, who visit Renne by car. The owners are very kind and gentle. No bad point I found."
