"The apartment was beautiful. It was spacious and bright with amazing views across the old part of Cannes to Notre dame d'Esperance. The kitchen was fantastic and modern with all cooking utensils/pans etc and we regularly cooked after visits to the fish and vegetable markets. The 3 large double bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable and the AC throughout the apartment worked perfectly although as it is a large cool building we didn't use that very much. We were a family of six and didn't feel on top of each other at any point. The showers and bathrooms were perfect and we made use of the washing machine as well. We would often sit out on the balcony watching the parakeets in the palm trees and the sunrise over the marina."

Environnement extérieur, maison et jardin du propriétaire. Et le palmier!!!"

"Fantastic value for money, great amenities and central location. We were in Nice for the Ironman and this was the perfect place to stay. Additionally the air conditioning was a big plus. The host is a gentleman and his neighbour Gladys was very helpful during our stay."
