"In walking range of the city center (15 minutes) and train station (20 minutes). Very small, but the space is well used and the apartment is overall well equipped. Everything you need: radiators, nice shower (if small), washing machine, capsule-based coffee machine, small kitchenette, etc. Nicely decorated. Bed comfortable."
"The building is (very?) old and (partly?) made of wood. Some squeaking sounds when someone upstairs walks. Entrance is a bit weird and the view of the interior garden only. Ground floor. Door does not shut hermetically."

"J'ai été un peu déçue que le jardin ne soit accessible que par l'extérieur. Il fallait ressortir de l'appartement pour y aller. Les portes à demi vitrées de la salle de bains et des toilettes m'ont un peu déroutées!"

"A fantastic apartment. We stayed for 11 nights and could have stayed all summer it was so nice. Loads of room, 3 proper bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Set in a residential complex, it was quiet but within easy reach of anything and everything nearby. Hypermarket was a 5 min drive and the local oyster dealers and restaurants are all within a 10 min bike ride. Definitely hire bikes here - parking isn't great near the beaches and you can get anywhere really easily on the bikes."

"Excellent location just round the corner from the Eiffel Tower, spacious 3 bedrooms and large sitting room-diner. Small but functional kitchenette with a small supérette just 2 minutes walk away. The flat is typically Parisian (including the squeaky wooden floors 😉). Easy access to collect the key and we could even drop our bags there early before check-in which was much appreciated. Good communication too."

"The apartment is in an excellent location. Loads of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and a laudry nearby. 4 to 8 mins to metro 3/4 lines. With less than 20mins walk you can reach Cathedrale Notre-Dame, River Seine and nearby landmarks. The apartment is spacious for our family of three. Spacious toilet with strong and hot shower. Cleaning products, cutleries are well stocked. There are 2 TVs, 2 sinks in toilet and kitchen and 2-sided built-in fridges! Strong wifi (remember to check your log in and password before arrival as it's not written/listed in the apartment). The building is safely guarded. The apartment, lobby and surroundings are clean. It's on 4th floor and luckily there is a small lift. We didn't meet with the host but who responses quick to our enquiries."
