"Le logement situé au rdc du village est superéquipé et particulièrement bien conçu. 3 grands placards pour ranger les affaires. Stores électriques. Ðecoration très agréable et livres sur la région. L'accueil est personnalisé et tout à fait charmant. Un séjour long est tout à fait possible."

"Great apartment with balcony, some views of the sea just a half a block from the beaches and restaurants. Large two bedroom with modern kitchen and updated bathroom facilities, great for family. Close Super U, bakeries so we could cook for the family and a short walk to the beach and rarailway station so we could catch train either into Nice / Monaco or to Golf-Juan / Cannes."

"We really enjoyed our recent stay at La Croix Douillet. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities needed for a short break. The covered seating area in the garden was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine and it was really well sheltered, so still felt perfectly cosy even when the weather took a turn for the worse. Although the house itself is in a very peaceful and rural setting, the town centre of Gavray is only a 15 minute walk away. The town has a small supermarket, a few restaurants, two boulangeries and a couple of takeaway restaurants. We both felt that the location was ideal for exploring the sights of Normandy with Rennes, Caen and Mont St Michel all just over an hour away by car. Wendy and Philip were very helpful and friendly hosts and the welcome basket on arrival was a lovely touch!"
