"Our stay at the “Au fil du temps” guesthouse was absolutely wonderful. The ancient farm buildings have been beautifully restored, creating an authentic atmosphere that makes you feel as though you’ve stepped back in time. Jacques, Maïté, and their daughter Marie were exceptional hosts who took wonderful care of us. We enjoyed a delicious, organic, home-cooked Alsatian dinner, perfectly paired with wine from their own vineyard. It was truly special to experience such passionate hospitality. They made our stay unforgettable, and we will definitely be back!"
