"The room and the linen was very clean. Comfortable beds and a very quiet sleep. Also a very good shower so all the basics covered. The lady on a reception was lovely. Had a good breakfast and the whole stay was excellent value for money. Very convenient location just off the motorway and easy parking. Also there was a restaurant over the road and we were given a 10% off voucher. Had a very good meal. Whould definitely stay again."

"We had a great night's sleep, the room was quiet and dark, the bed was comfortable. The style of the hotel is of its time, we enjoyed the retro look. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and every thing worked perfectly. The shower was particularly good. The lady on reception was extremely pleasant and kind and we would definitely stay again."

"Stayed fir a night on the way to bordeaux. Excellent location, literally just off the motorway. Travelling with a dog. Rooms very clean and staff fantastic. Beds are very comfy and kids slept on bunkbeds."

"I came to see Omaha beach, one couldn't ask for better. On opening the room, wow, the view over the most important part of this the most important beach. I didn't close my windows at all, it was the last thing I saw each night and morning. It's captivating. The resteraunt and bar has the same outlook and I spent 2 lovely afternoons with a book and beer and just soaked it up. You are literally less than 100m from the bunkers and sand. Staff were great, room is nice, but it's the view you come for"

"A really comfy studio after a day of hilly cycling. The owner was lovely and welcoming. We had a safe dry place to store our bikes and had a swim in the salt water pool to ease our muscles. The owner had a list of recommendations for dinner which was helpful in a season when things are often closed. Would 100% stay again if in the area."
"Lovely hotel, great staff. Good location, 10 minute walk to Super Chatel, 12 minutes to Gabelou. Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional. Comfy beds. Good breakfast."
