Perfectly located just 5 minutes from gorgeous beaches-my morning runs there were unforgettable! I fell in love with Juan Les Pins, and this spot is so strategic, with easy parking and a peaceful vibe, ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing stay close to the sea (10 minutes to the center). The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and super helpful, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend-definitely worth checking out!"
