"We have stayed here a couple of times whilst visiting our daughter at university. The location is great enabling us to walk into town although there is a good bus service too. The place is spotless! The little breakfast bag is a lovely touch"

"The accommodation was great. The room is small, but you will find everything you need for your stay. Cleanliness, peace, warmth, hairdryer, fruit at the reception. The room also has USB sockets if you don't have an adapter for English sockets. The breakfast package was very pleasant."

"Closeness to the Centre of Edinburgh with an easy bus route. Off road parking was a real advantage. Cleanliness of the room and overall high standard. Although there was no breakfast, small breakfast items were left in the room at no extra charge which was a great touch."

"Stylish, modern yet cosy decorated room in a quiet area. Very comfortable bed too! Walking to princess street takes about 30 mins. There are some great cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also in a great location for a walk up Arthur's Seat. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"
"They don't serve breakfast anymore which didn't bother us. Instead they provide a bag of porridge, juice, brioche and granola bar."
"The apartment was cozy and well furnished, perfect size for two people. The staff were also lovely, and there were even basic breakfast items and coffee and tea provided in the room. It's a nice 20 minute walk to the city center, or you can take a bus which is there in about 10 minutes, amazing location."
