"No-one around for breakfast at 8.30 as directed. Told to come back at 9.00. Breakfast choice mediocre for those not wanting cooked. Strawberries promised on menu (despite time of year!) but no fresh fruit alternatives. No alternative to fresh orange juice."

"I was on a short trip, part business and part pleasure and it was a perfect spot for a one-night stop-over because the food was great, it was good value and really warm and friendly staff...a special thanks to Diane and the kitchen staff who looked after me!"

"Im a contractor, iv traveled far and wide with work comitnents over the years, leith house is a great place to stay. Resonable prices with great rooms, the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. Very close to all.the eminities you will need, If your staying in edinbrugh i highly recomend leith house for your stay you wont regret it."
