"Excellent quiet location for visiting Constantia and the Hout Bay area. Beautiful view towards the sea. Well equipped and very spacious."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

The safe did not function and no screens on the windows.

"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and located in a very quiet, peaceful area. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly, welcoming staff. With a car, it’s just a short drive to Bled, which makes it a great base for exploring the area. Autom ste za nekoliko minuta u Bledu, što ovo mjesto čini idealnom bazom za istraživanje okolice. Definitivno bih se ponovno vratila i toplo preporučujem svima!"

Ideally located to visit tourist attractions within reasonable radius. Piggs Peak town 1km away and provides all necessary shops, fuel stations and off course a KFC."

"We very spontaneously managed to arrange accommodation in an emergency situation. The landlady was immediately reachable by phone and even came to meet us by car so that we could find the accommodation quickly. She arranged a taxi for us into the city and helped us with the payment, as we no longer had any cash. The landlady was extremely helpful and very accommodating. We also liked the accommodation a lot, especially the view from the balcony."

It's hard to escape noise in this part of the world. There was some very loud music playing at local bars at night. We had to kill a lot of mosquitos

"Great location in the heart of the old town. The property also has a wonderful roof terrace which gives good views over the mosque and old town. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. Great sleep despite being in the centre of the old town (no traffic noise). Excellent value for money."

Possibly the size of the bathroom is a bit small, but that was my fault as I chose the single room.

We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "The scenery is peaceful and restful. The loft was impecably clean and cozy. Jean's recommendations on Hue were spot on. On top of that, I really welcomed the experience of being part of the household's routine, it was really nice to be able to share a meal and play with the kids. It's a little bit far from town, but nothing that a Grab can't resolve it. The overall experience makes up for it. I wish Tam Tinh Vien the very best!"

On the second day there was a slight smell in the bathroom but nothing too serious , a little plumbing will sort that out !

Not too clean (still very acceptable and I would return). Single bed (would loved to have 2 separate beds). Air conditioner is fairly weak.
