"Good staff, Allowed early check in, walking distance to main part of town. Supermarket 1 block away. Wifi worked well."

No English channels on tv.

"Clean. Good bed. Great shower. Good aircon. Excellent staff. Good location."

Rooms small. No view. Breakfast buffet poor.

You cannot walk to the beach. Taxis are expensive.

I didn't receive the room what I booked. During my stay(4 days), nobody came in to clean or to take the garbage. Didn't worth the price.

"We love the complete breakfast the BnB had and every morning it was a complete meal. The host ensured we were settled in well. As for the location, it is very much aligned to places where we visited at the area. Ubers and Bolt should not have any problem finding the place by the roadside. My wife loved the book collection at their personal library so a good writer's retreat too."

We were content with the place. Everything was in working order right to the room, amenities at our convenience. So no complaints.

"I had a great stay. Since I arrived, the lady in reception was always present and helped me. I've parked the car in street. So nice to walk where you wish..and a + the swimming pool after melting myself outside.."

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

"The hotel was stunning! Set in the jungle and in beautiful wooden cabins, it feels like low-key luxury. The restaurant was lovely, it’s quite popular on the island but the staff make sure hotel guests get good tables and are catered for. It’s very very quiet, so if you are looking for relaxation it’s perfect. The grounds are beautifully curated, it feels like you are staying in a botanical garden. The general manager was a gem, he sorted out a small issue with our room very quickly and was so hospitable for the rest of our stay, he couldn’t do enough to help. Can’t wait to go back one day!"

Some people would take issue not having AC, but it’s definitely cool enough and there is no reason to have them.

"I absolutely love the Jamaca hotel, always make it part of our experience when visiting the Parguera , It such a great tropical vibe with the best food and entertainment all in one!!! ❤️"

"To je mali obiteljski hotel koji vode prekrasni domaćini. Ljubazni su i susretljivi i uvijek na raspolaganju. Sobe su tematski uređene i iako male sasvim su bile dovoljne za nas kao par. Budući da je preporuka da se pije voda iz boce, naši domaćini su osigurali besplatno vodu u bocama u neograničenoj količini. Tu je i frižider sa hladnim pićima i vinom po sasvim normalnim cijenama. Čistoća objekta je odlična. Mogli smo ostaviti stvari na čuvanju i na dan dolaska i odlaska. Uglavnom, domaćini ovaj smještaj čine sjajnim i zato moja preporuka."

"The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

"Awesome host. I couldn’t believe the photos from the previous reviews but it’s true, all the photos you see are truly about a 10 step walk from the bedrooms. Simple, but incredible place to stay. The host will make sure you’re well looked after, help you with the tours/ self guided tours nearby and is very helpful with transport knowledge. We loved this place! I will say, if you’re vegan or veggie it’s hard to find food nearby, so maybe ask the host in advance if you can cook some simple food. They let us cook noodles ❤️❤️"

Rugged floors looked not too clean, there were a few hairs on the bed (which I don't care too much but could be an issue for some others)
