"The location in terms of getting the water bus to and from the airport was excellent. We only had a 10min walk. We were in a quieter area but within 5 mins we were at the main hub of attractions. Alice, our host was so welcoming, very helpful and great to check in with."

They were very supportive in guiding us around and even let us keep the luggages at the location in the last day (we had a late flight towards home) so we could enjoy our time there. "Due to properties in Venice being older, the shower isn't particularly strong & the bathroom fan doesn't work great so we found due to it being damp it had a bit of a funky smell (not that bothered by it though & you must remember you cannot expect new builds in Venice). Also a note - it is on the top floor so there are a number of stairs to climb up that those with impaired mobility or large suitcases might struggle with."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
